- [Narrator] When you sit down and define your quality goals for your organization, your product, or even a simple project, you think about the tools you have on hand. You measure each of these tools to see if they help you accomplish these goals. In most cases, automation is a very attractive option. The end goal of building an automation strategy is to make difficult processes easier, faster, and more accurate. But moving from a purely manual approach to a much more automated process is not automatic. You'll be identifying a tool, deploying it, and making big changes to your organization and processes.
