IT Logic provides Managed Services and procurement to clients in any industry pre-dominantly in the small to medium size business space. We are a Microsoft Solutions Partner and HP Silver Partner along with many other vendor relationships. IT Logic has been operating since 2003 and previous to that from 1998 under the business names HPT Consulting and Mise IT. With customer relationships dating back to 1998 we have established a long record of providing high quality IT services. IT Logic is recognised as a National Service Provider for the Steadfast Group and supports many Steadfast Brokers. Along with being a UAC Service Member. IT Logic has a strong presence with providing hardware and software to a range of companies such as IOR Energy, Kilcoy Global Foods and Peerless Foods. We provide a 1300 number for Helpdesk/remote support as well as onsite support services. We were one of the first to introduce fixed price Support Plans in the late 90s. Our clients appreciate that they will not received unexpected large IT bills. Our proactive approach assisted by our 24x7 monitoring software provides clients peace of mind. Our close relationship with Microsoft for over 20 years means you can rely on common sense practical advice. We have a strong focus on cyber security given we support a large amount of insurance brokers and underwriters. Our staff are dedicated to providing expert support and advice. Last Friday night, our IT Logic team had the privilege of attending Redkite’s Corporate Quiz charity event—and what a night it was! From delicious food to brain-teasing trivia, the atmosphere was electric. Our team, Patch Me If You Can, proudly clinched first place, bringing home a trophy to the IT Logic office! A heartfelt thank you to Sandra Simm, Glenn M., Samuel Christopher, and all the incredible Redkite staff (aka the red t-shirt heroes) who gave up their Friday night to volunteer and make the event truly unforgettable. Beyond the fun and competition, the evening reminded us of the powerful work Redkite does supporting children with cancer. The story of a six-year-old boy battling leukemia moved the entire room—there wasn’t a dry eye in sight. It was a poignant reminder of the physical, emotional, and financial support Redkite provides to families in need. Thank you Redkite, for your unwavering commitment and compassion.
