404 Error on Published GiveWP Donation Form with Billplz Payment Gateway

    Hello GiveWP Support,

    I am facing an issue with my donation form when using the Billplz payment gateway. The issue occurs as follows:

    1. I created a donation form using GiveWP and connected it to Billplz.
    2. When I preview the form before publishing, everything works fine. I can proceed to the payment page successfully.
    3. However, when I publish the form and try to make a donation, I get a 404 Not Found error.
    4. The error message states:404 Not Found The resource requested could not be found on this server!
    5. I have tried flushing permalinks (by going to Settings → Permalinks and clicking “Save Changes”), but the issue persists.
    6. I have also checked the GiveWP payment settings, and Billplz is correctly set up.

    Could you please help me troubleshoot this issue? Is there any specific setting required to ensure that published donation forms work correctly with Billplz?

    Hi @abdularahmanalassaf ,

    Glad you reached out! Happy to clarify.

    We don’t have an integration with the Billplz payment gateway, so what you’re using is definitely a third-party integration, and we can’t provide support for that.

    You’ll have to contact the developers of the Billplz plugin to resolve this one.
