Backup overloaded server and can´t access

    Hi, the current backup is taking ages for a quite small site (few months of written blog posts).Memory and I/O are at 100%, hence I can’t reach the site nor the WordPress Admin.

    I did it in low traffic hours, but it’s taking so long and I need the site back. I’m not even interested in the backup anymore, just want the site up again.

    How can I fix this? Thanks.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the delay!

    To help us work out the cause of your problem, can you please send us a copy of the backup log?
    You can find this log in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of your new site location.
    You can send the log file as an attachment or copy the contents into an online tool (such as http://pastebin.com/ )
