Customers Cannot Log In-Invalid Password

    I have WooCommerce and customers cannot log in to get their product (a course through Sensei) because it keeps telling them “invalid password”. So I keep manually re-sending them reset links from the customer dashboard, but the reset links takes them to log into WordPress.com page https://wordpress.com/, which they don’t have an account for and shouldnt have to get one to access their course I wouldn’t think. They return to my website many times and try to enter and/or reset their password but it just keeps saying “invalid password.” Can anyone help?
