Donation Form not showing when not logged in

When I visit the https://natrcstaging.wpenginepowered.com/technology-fund/ page, and click to view the page source code, I see that all of the JavaScript files, including the GiveWP js files are being deferred/delayed.

You’ll need to use whatever plugin (possibly Tenweb Speed Optimizer?) or service’s settings to exclude any GiveWP JS from being optimized and/or delayed.
