Hi @mollik ,
Glad you reached out! Happy to help.
Can you clarify what you mean by the manual entry drop-down list?
I tried your form, and you can see my tests in here — https://www.loom.com/share/0318e63d0d6b42f68096d304e7161af5?sid=e487222b-0991-432c-8401-f3e85f85205a.
I wasn’t able to see anything weird on the form, although I did see that there were some weird styles on the Donation Frequencies that you can hide using this CSS code snippet:
.givewp-fields-radio-subscriptionPeriod .givewp-fields-radio__options input[type=radio] {
display: none;
}
Make sure to include that in the Custom Styles section in the Design Tab, like so — https://share.zight.com/d5uQyYxL.
Do take note that we don’t provide support for the Recurring Donations plugin, as that is a premium add-on.
Should you want support for that, you can do so by creating a ticket with us in here — https://givewp.com/priority-support/.
You can always correct me if I misunderstood anything.
Please let me know if you have further questions.
I’m always happy to help!

Hello! This isn’t on the frontpage. It’s on the back-end where the client manually inputs her offline donations. Before we upgraded the form, she could click “New Donation” and it would show a drop down menu of the donation levels after selecting the form. Now, it’s seemingly not registering that the form has multiple payment levels, but just on the back-end, manual entry interface.
Hi @mollik ,
Thank you for clarifying! What you described is our Manual Donations add-on, which is a premium add-on that we cannot provide support for in here.
For that, you can create a ticket with us in here — https://givewp.com/priority-support/.
I’m marking this one as resolved, but please follow up on this issue with us on priority support.
Thank you for using GiveWP!
Have a lovely day.
