Error Warning: Undefined array key

    Hi, I’ve been having problems with your plugin because this error is showing

    Warning: Undefined array key “start_date” in /htdocs/wp-content/plugins/give/templates/shortcode-goal.php on line 47

    Warning: Undefined array key “end_date” in /htdocs/wp-content/plugins/give/templates/shortcode-goal.php on line 47

    When I do a search online I found many other websites that used the same plugin, have the same error. How can i fix it?

    Hi @arlain ,

    Glad you reached out! Happy to help.

    Before, we’ve had some PHP warnings for certain PHP versions, but I haven’t encountered that particular error on my tests.

    Sporadically, there might just be some minor inconsistencies in the database that are causing this. Can you try disabling the goal for the particular form in here — https://letemps-dagir.fr/, then save the form. Thereafter, enable the goal again and then save the form.

    If that doesn’t solve it, can you share the exact steps that you took to replicate it?

    Furthermore, can you share along your system info?

    Navigate to Donations → Tools → System Info (tab) and click the button to “Get System Report” and copy/paste that in your reply here.

    That will give me some more context to be able to help.
