    Dear Community,

    I have a strange Situation right now: When the “Envira” Album Site is loading at the first time, the Layout is a mess (https://pic.li/SvsF). But after reloading this page, everything looks ok. I’ve already contacted the server provider, who confirmed, that there are no caches stored. I also run the plugin “wp fastest cache”, deleted the cache on the “Envira” Album Tool page, purged its catches and turned all caching tools off. I also have disabled all other plugins, in order to see, if some affected “Envira”, but there was no chance to achieve some change. If you ask me to go to “Envira” support, I must say, my subscription has expired, and I have no money right now to extend that. It would be very cool, if someone of you know how to solve that.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    I’m not sure what you mean by “Envira”. Your link leads to the events page, which loads perfectly fine for me after several attempts in different browsers. Do you mean another subpage of it?

    By the way, there is also a general German-language support forum here: https://de.wordpress.org/support/forums/

    Hmmm, this is very strange, because I asked several friends to load that page from their site, and all confirmed, that the pictures are overlapping, as presented in the screenshot. “Enivra” is a commercial Gallery plugin (website: https://enviragallery.com/). Maybe you should scroll down a bit down, in order to see it. As I already mentioned, I’ve deleted all cookies, asked the Server provider and even disabled the other plugins one by one. I wonder if there are there any hidden *.temp-files in wordpress itself, I have to remove.

    P.S: Since I don’t want to deal anymore with German driven communities in any case, I don’t feel comfortable to post in the German Support site.

    Best regards!

    I just found some troubleshooting steps on https://wordpress.org/support/topic/delete-tmp-file-folders-unknown/ , I will go trough. Of course I’ll let you know the outcome!

    Best regards & thank you for your help!

    Now I know what you mean by Envira. Since this is a commercial plugin, we can’t help you with it here in the forum. You’ll need to contact their support team: https://enviragallery.com/contact/

    As I said earlier, my support subscription has expired. This time, I have no money anymore to renew it. So I’m on my own now 🙁 !

    Then just replace the galleries with others. WordPress itself includes a gallery block: https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/gallery-block/

    That what I considered at the first instance, but on the Event site, I need these Photo Albums. And unfortunately, this feature is not provided (yet) from wordpress.

    Hi threadi, please may I ask, what browsers you used by viewing this page?

    Firefox and Chrome. Everything looks identical in both browsers and, in my opinion, correct.

    Yes, in chrome it all looks good to me too, but just firefox is creating a mess, even all caches are cleared. Friends of mine also viewed the site with android or their pc (one of them is using a macbook), and confirmed the disorder. I can’t explain myself, what is happening and why its causing that.

    @threadi rea

    Can you please send me a screenshot of what you see on firefox, if you load that page at very first time? Because I entered the Firefox forum and at the beginning they also said, that there wouldn’t be any visual problem, but after I pointed to the spot, they’ve seen it.
