Fluent forms Password Reset for my account on woocommerce

Hi All,

I need assistance with creating a password reset or new password should client wish to change password on the my account for woocommerce.
Sadly I am unable to find anything that can assist me with this and curious how does one handle a password reset as I see woocommerce has this feature but the edit my account form doesnt have any company info for a business but rather caters for an individual only.
the closest I found was the following link but this is not very clear as to how to manipulate the code fully as Im unfortunately a little to green for that level of snippet which i am happy to utilize but not entirely sure how to edit the edit parts with correct info.

Is there anyone who can assist in this regard as I do have fluent forms pro for the added snippet however I will need assistance herewith or can Fluent forms add this to their product maybe as I see many have this same issue and will help place fluent forms above many other form creators.
