Hi @nickdanger55 ,
I hope you’re doing well, and I’m sorry to see that you’re facing this issue.
I tried to check the form, but the page shared is currently empty. To avoid issues with the cache, could you please confirm if, under your Form > Behavior, on the render section, the Load Form using AJAX option is enabled?
Here is more info about the option – https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#rendering
In case it doesn’t help, could you please share the form with us? To do this, you can export the form and share it with us using a service like Pastebin.
Here is also more info about how to export a form – https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#import-export
I hope to hear back from you soon.
Best Regards,
Williams ValerioLook harder. It is the only form on the page https://passportworkforce.com/test-page

Hi @nickdanger55,
I checked the issue at our end, but wasn’t able to replicate the issue. The form submission worked fine without any errors. Please check the screenshot from my end for more clarification: https://ibb.co/Ng9wGMGd
Can you please check this again using an Incognito/Private window and let us know if you still observe the issue?
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
Best Regards,
Nebu JohnI’ve tried incognito, cleared all cache, I tried different browsers, different phones tablets desktops, still getting that error for some reason.
Would you please run a conflict test? Please deactivate all plugins except Forminator one and check if the problem is gone. If so, then enable all plugins one by one and find which one is having a conflict. If there is no positive result, switch to the default WordPress theme like 2019 and see if it works.
Before this test, we recommend full site backup or running this test on the staging site.
Kind Regards,
KrisConfirmed. It appears to be a conflict with: Akismet Anti-spam: Spam Protection
By deactivating that plugin everything now works. However, I noticed now when you fill out the form it shoots you up the page and you cannot read the confirmation message. Why is it doing this behavior? You can now view the form in the footer of our homepage here: https://passportworkforce.com/
I believe it was a stale caching issue…. please confirm as I have seen a fee issues with this from other people https://passportworkforce.com/
Hello @nickdanger55
Hope you’re doing well today!
I made a quick test on the form, as soon as I hit the subscribe button the form submitted fine without shooting the page up. I was able to see the confirmation message fine as well. Here is a screenshot for reference. https://monosnap.ai/file/tk93F1FTd2exRwDbZixYBI8iSR1e83
If you still notice the page scrolling up after clicking on the subscribe button, please check the page bypassing cache. For this at the end of the website URL, you can add /?nocache=1 and see if it still happens at your end.
Kind Regards,
Saurabh -
