deactivate the particular plugin. the issue will be solved.

This should fix the issue.

This compatibility issue with PHP 7.2 still exists – more than 6 months after first reported.

Maybe just deleting the offending line is sufficient, but I managed to solve the problem with the method recommended here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/php-7-2-create_function-deprecated/
