The Default Events Template of The Events Calendar (see Events -> Settings -> Display tab -> Calendar sub-tab -> Calendar Template section -> Events template) uses WordPress’ get_header() and get_footer() functions to retrieve the theme’s header and footer respectively, as you can see in the \wp-content\plugins\the-events-calendar\src\views\v2\default-template.php file.
I am not familiar with the OnePress theme, but I would recommend checking out with the theme’s support or developer on how you may be able to include your built header and footer from the theme as part of the mentioned WordPress’ function.
Alternatively, you can try changing the Events template discussed above from Default Events Template to Default Page Template and see if that alleviates the situation.
