Not sure where to ask this question. I tried contacting the developer of this plugin a year ago https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/site-health-tool-manager/ but never got any response. I have seen people asking about similar things to this question like why is there no option for, or could we have something that we can switch things off in the site health. I found the plugin and tested it on a test site to try it because it has not been updated for over five years, and it still works with the current WordPress 6.9. I am using PHP 8.4.14 64-bit. I am asking whether it would not be possible for the WordPress developers to integrate the plugin into WordPress so we have the option to turn off an annoying error warning, like cache warnings. I had page cache and persistent cache warnings because I do not use a plugin like W3 Total Cache and use Cloudflare’s free plan to do all of that, and all my websites load and run fast. These are two of my websites: [ redundant links deleted ]. I have read on the Cloudflare website and other forums, and it recommends not using any cache plugin like W3 Total Cache or LiteSpeed Cache because they will cause conflicts and slow down the website, as I found out. After all, the website was loading with images breaking and other things. I have also switched off all the caching on other plugins, like the Elementor Website Builder – More Than Just a Page Builder, because that conflicts with Cloudflare’s settings. If the WordPress developers read this, I hope they think about it a integrate something like what a lot of us are asking.

A similar request has already been entered into the WP Trac system. Sadly, there has been no progress on it in over a year. You may add yourself to the ticket’s watch list to get notified of any actions taken.

In the mean time, keep using that plugin. Even though it’s no longer maintained, it’s really a fairly simple plugin so it ought to remain functional for a good long while. Aside from the UI, all it does is utilize the ‘site_status_tests’ filter hook to remove undesired tests.
