    Hi @oliverlehmann,

    We tested placing orders on your site with different scenarios, orders with coupons that reduce the total to zero

    All test orders completed successfully, and the critical error seen in the video did not occur. Test orders are 6330 and 6331. You can delete them on your end. 

    It appears the previous issue was a temporary glitch or edge case. You can optionally ask the customer who originally experienced the error to retry placing their order, but no immediate action is required.

    For peace of mind, you can keep an eye on the WordPress debug log (wp-content/debug.log) and WooCommerce logs for any errors during checkout, but the system is functioning normally at this time.
