I’m glad you reached out because I know exactly how to help you with that situation.
The other screenshot that you sent is for our previous option-based form editor.
For the Visual Form Builder, Google and Apple Pay will appear in the Stripe Payment Element payment gateway.
You can find Apple Pay and Google Pay on your Stripe Dashboard’s Payment Methods in here — https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/payment_methods.
Then enable them (turn them on and make sure that they’re active) like so — https://share.zight.com/NQunN66z.
Take note that we ultimately don’t control what payment methods appear on your front-end, as this is all controlled by Stripe.
To ensure that they’ll show up when the right circumstances present themselves, enable them both (and all future payment methods that you’ll want to use) for both of these configurations — https://share.zight.com/wbuOz2oq.
