• I cloned an existing site with GiveWP plugins into a new site. All data imported: Donations, Donors, Forms, Subscriptions. But the totals in Donations and Subscriptions remain with zero values. I tried to go to Tools and ask to recalculate everything, but it didn’t fix it.
Please, give me a plugin or custom code to fix the totals! Cloning the site wasn’t enough; the Import Tools plugin also didn’t fix it, and I can’t start the site cloning over because the new site content has already taken its place.

    Hello @yammy,

Glad you reached out, happy to help.

When you say you cloned an existing site to a new site, was it a FULL clone, meaning the full database was included as well? If not, the totals are not going to be there.

If you did clone it in full, and you’ve already done all the Recount options, the last thing to do is to regenerate the campaign cache.

To do that, first go to GiveWP > Settings > Advanced, and look for the Advanced Database Updates setting as seen below, click Enabled, and save the changes. This will add new buttons to the database updates.

Next, go to GiveWP > Tools > Data – Database Updates – and this time go to one of the last pages until you see the Cache campaign data entry, and click the Reverse Update button. (If you don’t see any buttons, that means the Advanced Database Updates step above wasn’t enabled.)

You can do this as many times as needed, meaning, if you find another form that doesn’t show the correct counts specifically on the Campaigns page, use the Recount stats steps above, but always finish with rerunning the Cache campaign data step below.

I hope this helps to clear things up! Let us know how things go! 🙂
