This prestigious award acknowledges Devoteam’s successful deployment of LogicMonitor’s AI-first hybrid observability platform to transform its operations. As Devoteam’s customer base grew, the complexity of managing infrastructure for so many customers led to an overwhelming surge of alerts across multicloud and hybrid environments. Manual triage across multiple, disconnected systems consumed valuable time, delayed root-cause identification, and limited the capacity to scale services.
The AI-powered closed-loop solution
To manage this complexity, we extended the existing use of LogicMonitor Envision with Edwin AI, creating a scalable, closed-loop approach to operations. This system unifies observability, intelligent decisioning, and automated action, linking insights directly to Devoteam’s existing automation stack, including Ansible, Terraform, and Argo.
The machine learning capabilities within Edwin AI continuously refine correlation accuracy, consolidating related alerts into unified incidents and filtering out redundant noise to “restore signal to noise” for the operations center.
Devoteam has shown what sustained investment in AI-driven operations can deliver. By extending LM Envision with Edwin AI’s correlation, decisioning, and automation agents, they’ve established a reliable operating model that scales with demand and improves service quality in measurable ways. It’s a strong example of AI partnership grounded in execution.
