Marsha is the Chief Customer Officer at RKON Technologies, following her successful tenure as the co-founder and CEO of the ScaleSec. She brings over two decades of experience in cybersecurity, governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), positioning her as a strategic advocate for client needs.
As CCO, Marsha leverages her executive background to help organizations manage risk and increase revenue necessary to meet their strategic and financial goals. She focuses on implementing secure, audit-ready cloud-native operations that enable client teams to operate at velocity.
Marsha previously led technical consulting across diverse sectors (DOD, Energy, Healthcare) after serving in the U.S. Army. Her mission is to empower organizations to securely adopt public cloud solutions through innovative approaches and tailored solutions that build long-term trust.
Marsha holds an MBA from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and maintains key certifications, including the CISSP, PMP, CISA, and OSCP.
