Position Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer at A3 Visual, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating engaging designs for a wide range of clients across multiple industries. You will work closely with the Art Director and other team members to deliver visually compelling work that meets client expectations while adhering to brand guidelines.

On-Site, full-time at out Los Angeles headquarters: 8955 National Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90034.

Key Responsibilities

1. Work with the team to develop visual concepts and designs that align with project objectives.
2. Create high-quality designs for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, packaging, and more.
3. Assist Graphic Designers and Sales Teams to ensure design consistency across all projects.
4. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas and innovative solutions.
5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining ownership of organized files.
6. Revise designs based on feedback from clients and internal teams.
7. Stay up to date with industry trends, design software, and best practices.
8. Prepare final files for print and digital publication.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in graphic design or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Base knowledge of industry standard print process (CMYK, high-res output, file hygiene, etc.).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of design aesthetics and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and 3D design software is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $75,000 – $85,000 per year based on experience.

Position Summary

A3 Visual is seeking an experienced, results-driven sales professional to develop new business, reactivate past accounts, and manage opportunities from initial outreach through close and post-sale handoff. This role is designed for a consultative seller who is comfortable prospecting, building executive-level relationships, coordinating complex visual projects, and growing a high-value book of business.

What You Will Do

•  Generate qualified opportunities through targeted cold calling, email outreach, social selling, networking events, referrals, and re-engagement of past clients.
•  Lead discovery conversations, understand client objectives, and recommend solutions using a consultative sales approach.
•  Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary sales contact, with a consistent focus on responsiveness, trust, and long-term value.
•  Own opportunities throughout the sales cycle, including follow-up, proposal development, quote progression, negotiation, closing, and post-sale relationship management.
•  Schedule and conduct client meetings by phone, video conference, at the client site, and at A3 Visual facilities.
•  Partner with Production, Prepress, Project Management, Installation, and leadership teams to confirm scope, feasibility, timing, and successful delivery.
•  Collect complete project information and accurately enter client, opportunity, quote, and activity details into the company CRM and ordering platform.
•  Participate in site surveys, installations, and removals when sales involvement is needed; remain available for time-sensitive client communication.
•  Maintain an accurate pipeline, provide daily CRM updates, and communicate forecasts, priorities, risks, and next steps to the VP of Business Development.
•  Grow annual revenue and expand the book of business through repeat sales, account penetration, referrals, and new-logo acquisition.
•  Maintain a professional, business-focused presence on relevant social platforms, particularly LinkedIn.

What Success Looks Like

•  A consistently active, well-qualified sales pipeline with timely follow-up and accurate CRM records.
•  New client wins, repeat business, and year-over-year revenue growth across assigned accounts and target markets.
•  Smooth internal handoffs and strong client satisfaction from initial conversation through project completion.

Required Qualifications

•  5+ years of successful B2B sales experience that includes outbound prospecting, relationship development, negotiation, and closing.
•  Demonstrated success producing at least $1 million in annual sales revenue or managing a comparably sized revenue-generating book of business.
•  Experience negotiating and closing transactions or contracts valued at $10,000 or more.
•  Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and client-meeting skills.
•  Strong customer-service judgment, follow-through, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
•  Comfort using a CRM daily to document activity, manage pipeline stages, and maintain accurate opportunity data.
•  Ability to work on-site in Culver City, travel to client and project locations, and occasionally support time-sensitive field activity.
•  Valid authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

•  Sales or operational experience in large-format print, environmental graphics, signage, experiential marketing, event production, creative services, visual design, or a related field.
•  Experience coordinating projects that involve production, installation, field conditions, deadlines, and multiple internal stakeholders.
•  Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, design, communications, experiential services, or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience is also valued.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $75,000 – $85,000 per year based on experience.

Incentive compensation: Uncapped commission; projected total earnings of $120,000+ after the first full year, based on performance.

We are a premier, fast-paced [e.g., large-format digital printing and sign-making] company based in the Los Angeles area. We are looking for a highly skilled VUTEk Operator to join our production team.

Role Overview:

As a VUTEk Operator, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of our large-format EFI VUTEk printing systems. You will ensure that all print jobs are produced accurately, efficiently, and to the highest color-quality standards. Pay 

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation:Set up and operate large-format EFI VUTEk digital printers to print on various substrates (e.g., vinyl, fabric, rigid boards).
• Prepress & File Prep:Manage print queues, prepare files, handle color management, ICC profiling, and soft proofing to ensure color-accurate outputs.
• Quality Control:Inspect proof sheets and monitor print runs throughout production to detect defects and ensure consistency.
• Maintenance:Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and cleaning of printing equipment as per manufacturer and company guidelines.
• Workflow Coordination:Collaborate with the design, prepress, finishing, and shipping teams to meet tight production deadlines.
• Inventory:Manage and track inventory of media, inks, and other print-related supplies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience:[2-3+] years of experience operating grand or large-format digital printers (EFI VUTEk experience is strongly preferred).
• Software Skills:Strong working knowledge of RIP software (e.g., EFI Fiery XF, Caldera, Wasatch, or Onyx).
• Technical Knowledge:Solid understanding of color management, ICC profiles, and print proofing workflows.
• Mechanical Aptitude:Basic mechanical skills to troubleshoot printer errors and perform routine machine maintenance.
• Physical & Work Environment:Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment, stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and occasionally work [e.g., overtime/weekends] during peak periods.
