By using the “AlgoWay Connector” service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
We provide infrastructure for routing trading signals and webhooks and for automating the forwarding of orders to supported platforms/accounts. We do not provide trading signals, we are not a broker, and we do not offer investment advice.
The service is available only to individuals aged 18+ and legally capable entities. You represent and warrant compliance with these requirements.
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and third-party API keys. All actions performed using your tokens/keys/account are deemed to be performed by you. We may suspend or terminate access in case of violations or security risks.
Integrations with brokers, exchanges, and platforms are at your own risk and subject to their rules. We do not control availability, quotes, order execution, or fees of third parties.
Payments may be made through PayPal or Creem. For purchases completed through Creem, Armitage Labs OÜ, operating as Creem, acts as the Merchant of Record and contractual reseller. Creem processes the payment, calculates and collects applicable indirect taxes, issues payment documents, and manages refunds and chargebacks in accordance with its Buyer Terms. By completing a purchase through Creem, you also agree to the applicable Creem Buyer Terms. AlgoWay remains responsible for providing the purchased service and customer support. We do not store card data. Subscriptions/licenses are billed in advance unless stated otherwise.
Unless required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable. For purchases completed through Creem, refund requests should first be submitted to AlgoWay, while refunds and chargebacks are processed by Creem under its Buyer Terms and applicable law. Subscription cancellation may be performed through the AlgoWay panel, the relevant payment provider or customer portal, or by contacting us. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund amounts already paid.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or absence of delays. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may occur.
Trading decisions and results are your sole responsibility. The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee profit, accuracy/completeness of data, timely execution, compatibility of integrations, or error-free operation.
We are not liable for events beyond reasonable control (disasters, wars, regulatory bans, communication/power failures, software/hardware outages, etc.).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive damages, lost profits, or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service in violation of these Terms, the law, or third-party rights.
You confirm compliance with export control and sanctions regimes and will not use the service if prohibited under applicable law.
We may update the service and these Terms. The new version takes effect upon posting unless otherwise specified. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
In case of discrepancies between translations, the English version prevails.
If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Georgia.

AlgoWay is technical middleware for data transport and automation between third-party tools and user-owned broker/platform accounts. We do not provide financial products, trading signals/indicators, investment advice, portfolio management, custody, or movement of client funds. Users retain full control over all trading decisions.
All marketing materials and user-generated content published via or about the Service must not include profit/performance claims, guarantees of returns, backtest performance presented as expected results, or statements implying that AlgoWay provides trading signals or investment advice. We advertise software tooling only.
The Service is not a Complex Speculative Financial Product (CSFP). Integrations are provided “as-is”; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a representative of any broker, exchange, or platform. Availability and operation of integrations may depend on third-party systems and their terms, which you must follow.
