Cloud services
for Cooklang.
Sync your recipes across devices, import from anywhere, and let CookBot plan your week, while funding the open-source tools. Built by the person who builds Cooklang.
Your recipes on every device.
Write on the desktop, cook from the phone. Cook Cloud keeps one folder of plain .cook files in sync across the editor, the mobile apps and the sync agent on your computer. Offline first, so the kitchen never waits on a signal.
Bring everything you already have.
Paste a URL, snap a cookbook page, drop a TikTok link, or move your whole library from Paprika, Mela, Mealie and seven other apps. Everything arrives as a clean .cook file you can read and edit.
A week planned from your own recipes.
Set a target, more protein, no gluten, a smaller shop. CookBot drafts the week from your recipes and pantry, checks it against the target, and fixes what misses, as a diff you approve. Plan in the Cook Editor, cook from your phone. Nutrition checks come with Cook Pro.
Macros Report — Week 30
- Protein 31%
- Fat 28%
- Carbs 41%
| Protein | 31% | ⚠ Below 35% target |

See it on a real week.
Numbers on every plan.
Nutrition lookup for reports and targets, and an MCP server so Cursor, ChatGPT or any agent you already use can read your recipes with nutrition attached. English ingredient names for now.
Your files, encrypted in transit, readable by you.
Recipes travel to Cook Cloud over TLS and live on servers in the EU. They’re plain text, so you can export the whole folder at any time and keep cooking without us. CookBot conversations aren’t used to train AI models.
Privacy policy →Who builds this, and where the money goes.
Cooklang is built by Alexey Dubovskoy, one person, since 2021. The language, the parsers, the CLI and the Cook Editor are open source and stay that way. Cook Cloud subscriptions pay for the servers, the AI compute, and the time to keep the free tools free.
- Open source: spec, parsers, CLI, editor. On GitHub →
- Free forever: the mobile apps, manual sync, unlimited recipe-site imports.
- Paid: what runs on our servers or costs compute per use.
