OpenAI (GPT-4o, GPT-4o-mini, GPT-4.1), Anthropic (Claude Sonnet 4.5, Haiku, Opus), Google Gemini (2.5 Pro, 2.5 Flash), and DeepSeek (V3 Chat, R1 Reasoner). Switch per chatbot anytime — no lock-in.

You have two options per chatbot: BYO key mode (paste your own OpenAI/Anthropic key, zero credits consumed, you pay the AI provider directly) or Managed mode (we provide AI access through pooled keys, billed in credits from your balance). Mix both across chatbots in the same workspace.

Credits are debited only when the bot RESPONDS (visitor messages are free). 1 credit per response for economy models (GPT-4o-mini, Claude Haiku, Gemini Flash, DeepSeek V3), 5 credits for premium models (GPT-4o, Claude Sonnet 4.5, Gemini 2.5 Pro), 15 for top-tier (GPT-4.5, Claude Opus). Buy packs from 1k ($9) to 250k ($599). Credits never expire.

The bot replies with a configurable fallback message ("I'm temporarily unavailable, please email us…"). You get an email warning at 100 credits remaining. Optional auto-top-up buys your next pack when balance hits a threshold you set. Alternatively, set the chatbot to fall back to your BYO key if managed runs out.

Connect a Telegram bot in the dashboard, register your team members as agents. Visitor messages forward to Telegram with a /takeover command. The visitor sees a smooth handoff — the chat header swaps to the agent's name and avatar.
