There is isolated DC-DC converters that you can check from LCSC and see if they match you needs: Home / Products / Power Supplies / Power Suppliers - Board Mount / DC DC Converters Let me know, I might be interested to help with this project. I have designed alot of isolated power supplies in my dayjob, my experience might be helpful to you. Regards, Markus Virtanen HW / Electronics Designer

First you route your board with normal copper track. Then switch to soldermask layer and add track to where you want expose the mask. This way you can increase the current handling of that track, lowering voltage drop from point A to point B. I would be happy to help in your project, if you wish to invite me.
