Yes. EditBuddy is a panel that docks inside Adobe Premiere Pro, next to your timeline. It reads the sequence you are working on and writes its cuts back into that same sequence. There is no export, no round trip and no separate app to learn.
Yes. Everything EditBuddy does lands as real clips, cuts and keyframes on your Premiere timeline. You can drag them, trim them, delete them or press Undo. Nothing is flattened, baked or rendered out.
Your original video files stay on your machine. EditBuddy does not upload your clips, your audio files or your Premiere Pro project. AI features securely process compressed audio and transcript data — and sometimes vocabulary hints or low-resolution frames — on our servers over encrypted connections, and basic editing utilities run locally. No. There are no keys to connect and nothing to configure. AI features run through the EditBuddy servers, on the AI minutes included in your plan.
