What counts as an AI minute?
One AI minute = one minute of source video, no matter how many features you run on it. If you run silence removal + retake detection + captions on a 5-minute clip, that's 5 AI minutes — not 15. Run everything, pay once per minute.

Top up anytime from your dashboard. Minute packs never expire and roll over month-to-month. Great for a heavy editing week without changing your plan. Subscribers always get the best per-minute rate — top-ups are priced at a premium for occasional use.

Is the free trial really free? Do I need a credit card?
Yes — really free. No credit card required. You get 7 days with 30 AI minutes and full Pro features. At day 7, your extension locks until you pick Pro or Max. Your trial data is kept for 30 days so you can come back.
What's the difference between Pro and Max?
Same AI, same features, same quality. The only differences: Max gets 2.5× more AI minutes (1,000 vs 400) and priority email support. Most creators pick Pro first and upgrade to Max once they hit the 400-minute cap.
What counts as an AI minute?
One minute of source video, regardless of how many features you run. A 5-minute clip with silence removal + captions + B-roll = 5 AI minutes, not 15. Input length is what counts.
Do you ever degrade AI quality on cheaper tiers?
Never. Pro gets the exact same retake detection, captions, B-roll AI, and Podcast editor as Max. We differentiate on volume and team features only — no watermarks, no slow queues, no weaker models.
Do plans auto-renew? Can I cancel anytime?
Paid plans auto-renew automatically — monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you pick — until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or via Paddle, and access continues until the end of the current billing period. (The free 7-day trial needs no card and simply locks at day 7 — it does not auto-charge.)
Do you offer refunds?

What happens when I run out of AI minutes?
You can buy a top-up pack (starting at $5 for 125 min, or $14 for 350 min) or wait until your next billing cycle. Top-up minutes never expire and roll over month-to-month.
