- Synchronized visual, audio, and tactile output through one real-time system
- Designed button-only navigation for deafblind accessibility
- Created as an alternative to commercial devices costing more than $3,500
An AI-powered wearable that helps visually impaired users understand and navigate their surroundings through object detection, haptic feedback, and voice responses.
- Processed live ESP32-CAM video at 10–15 FPS using YOLOv8
- Achieved under 150 ms end-to-end detection latency
- Controlled three haptic motors asynchronously through WebSockets
- Combined MiDaS depth estimation, GPT-4o, and ElevenLabs
Co-developed the official Hackabull application used by 198 participants for check-in, scheduling, event information, and logistics.
- Deployed a containerized Fastify backend with Docker Compose
- Integrated Google Sheets for no-code schedule and attendee updates
