Pre-built cook'oo clock to be flashed as-is without the need to set up any AVR GCC tool chain, you only need an AVR programmer and AVRDUDE (or other ways to get it flashed)

The release was built from the repository at commit 6ed76c8 and contains the compiled ELF file as well as the HEX file used by (e.g.) AVRDUDE to flash to the ATtiny85.
