Who do you work with, and where do sessions take place?

I work with children, teens, and adults of all ages & abilities. While I specialize in adaptive fitness and motor coaching, I also work with individuals looking to improve their overall strength, balance, and fitness. Sessions are currently offered in-home throughout the Fort Worth area.

What happens during the assessment?

We'll discuss your goals, review your movement and fitness level, and complete a few simple assessments so I can create a personalized training plan. After the assessment, I will also guide you through a short session so you can experience how I coach and how sessions will feel moving forward.

Do I need any equipment?

No. I bring the equipment needed for each session and tailor every workout to your goals and available space.

What’s included in your services?

Each client receives a personalized training and motor workout plan that we will work through together during sessions. You will also be given a customized plan to follow between sessions to continue building progress. If desired, I also offer basic nutrition guidance to support overall health and performance.

What if my child or loved one has difficulty following directions or movements?

I am trained to work with individuals of all abilities, including nonspeakers and those who need additional support with motor planning. I meet each client at their current level and use motor coaching strategies to help them build skills, improve coordination, and work toward their goals in a way that is supportive and achievable.
