First Commit IRL: Build Day in Bangalore

​First Commit kicks off Bharat Builds, a hackathon series, with ₹1 crore worth of prizes and fast-track job and internship interviews at Amazon for the top projects.

​⏰ Timing: 8 AM - 8 PM IST

​The hackathon runs online from Thursday to Sunday and you can build and win from anywhere in India. This page is only for Saturday, when we get together in Bangalore for a build day. It's optional, and skipping it doesn't affect your entry or your judging in any way.

​That said, Saturday is worth showing up for. AWS workshops run through the day, mentors are on the floor to unblock you, the Amazon team is there to talk to, meet the recruiters, and you get real feedback on your project before you submit. Plus exclusive swag, food all day, and a few hundred builders in one room. Seats are limited.

​Travel and stay are not covered, so if you're coming from outside Bangalore you're doing it at your own cost.
