Plant balance is one of the clearest signals you have for how your crop is actually doing. 🌱 Source tracks it weekly, for both tomatoes and peppers, through two KPIs: the Plant Balance Factor, which compares what your crop is producing through photosynthesis against what it's spending on growth and fruit, and the Generative Trend Indicator, which shows whether your crop is drifting more vegetative or generative week over week. Together, they turn "does this look right" into a number you can actually track and act on. For tomato growers, Plant Balance also feeds into Cultivation Management, so you can simulate a pruning or temperature change before you commit to it in the greenhouse. After a very successful customer event – Source Connect – back in June, we wanted to bring it to our North American customers. And we did just that. 🇨🇦 Yesterday, the Source team was on the ground at Cooper's Hawk Vineyards in Ontario for a day of hands-on AI agent-building with growers. Our VP of Product, Lotte Adema, led a masterclass on what AI agents actually are beyond the buzz, then gave growers the chance to sit down with our team and build one based on their own operations and needs. We rounded out the evening with drinks and bites alongside customers and industry partners. It was the kind of day that reminds us why we do this. Thank you to those who showed up.
