Problem — Routing and metering LLM calls by hand works for one project, then falls apart.
Built — A gateway built with Bun and Hono that routes, meters, and logs calls across providers, backed by Postgres.
A suite of tools for running a DAO on Aragon: projects, budgets, voting, bounties.
Problem — Aragon let you vote, but running a DAO day to day needed more than that.
Built — Founding team at Autark; shipped this suite to Ethereum mainnet, funded by three Aragon grants.
Group funds onchain: create a pool, share a QR, spend together in USDC.
Problem — Splitting and pooling money at events still runs on spreadsheets and trust.
Built — Joined very early as founding partner and tech lead; two-plus years on escrow contracts, the PWA and event deployments.
An agent OS you navigate in four dimensions, with an AI living inside it.
Problem — Running several agents at once needs a home that isn't just a chat window or a dashboard.
Built — A SolidJS shell with 4D navigation, a color system built on OKLCH, and a command palette. Phase 1 is done.
Swipe to donate crypto: the swap and the gift happen in one step.
Problem — Donating crypto usually takes several steps, and people drop off at each one.
Built — A swipe-to-donate flow where the swap and the donation settle as one transaction. Live on MiniPay and as a Farcaster Frame.
Essential-service payments in LATAM, settled in stablecoins.
Problem — Underbanked users in LATAM can't reliably pay essential services with the rails they have access to.
Built — A stablecoin-settled (USDC/cUSD) payment PWA with AI-agent-guided onboarding.
Sovereign input and clipboard continuity across hosts: a self-hosted Universal Control.
Problem — Universal Control-style continuity shouldn't require an Apple ecosystem or a cloud relay.
Built — A cross-host continuity daemon, migrating from a Python prototype to Rust (quinn QUIC, mdns-sd) with a Tauri + Svelte front end.
The first testing framework for Aleo, a zero-knowledge blockchain.
Problem — Aleo/Leo had no dedicated test framework: every ZK program was verified by hand.
Built — Co-built the framework in Rust at Istanbul DevConnect; later applied it to an Aleo Blueprint grant.
My entire homelab as declarative NixOS code. Multi-host, reproducible.
Problem — Homelab servers drift from each other and from any record of how they got that way.
Built — A multi-host NixOS flake (flake-parts, import-tree, custom modules) plus a Hyprland desktop: every host reproducible from source.
DeFi observe-decide-execute tooling: account-abstraction wallets, multi-protocol yield routing.
I keep going back because building something in a weekend with people I just met is still the fastest way I know to learn. The log has all of it, the wins and also the projects that went nowhere after the weekend.

I care about open source, and most of what I make ends up public. Bitcoin was my way in, and the engineering is what kept me here. I taught a blockchain master's course for seven years, and I was on the founding team at Autark, building an open enterprise suite for DAOs on Ethereum mainnet. Hackathons are still part of my routine (there's a full log below), and at home I run my own infrastructure, because I like knowing what my systems are doing.
Most of my time goes to SwipePad and DigiPaga, two stablecoin payment apps that started as hackathon prototypes on Celo and are live products now. What's left I spend on agent systems, a small fleet of self-hosted assistants running on my homelab. That part is early and still breaks more than I'd like.
