As for the config file, nvf does that by default, everything is put into one file which you can view with nvf-print-config.

Wow thank you! I didn't have vim loader enabled and it decreased the startup time to ~31 ms. As for the plugins, I think the theme that I use (https://github.com/gbprod/nord.nvim) takes the longest other than LSPs and treesitter.

Just makes the entire config easily reproducible (especially with LSPs and such). That was the primary reason I switched.

It works in any file as long as the latex is enclosed within $ .. $ or $$ .. $$
