I acquire, build, and support businesses with room to become exceptional.
Some of that looks like buying a company outright. Some of it looks like capital plus a partner who shows up on Monday. It starts with a conversation.

Three ways this usually starts
Every one of them begins the same way, with a conversation about what you have built and where it is going next.

01Sell or transition a business
For owners considering a full sale, a partial exit, a succession plan, or a long-term operating partner.

02Bring in capital and a hands-on partner
For founders and owners who want more than passive investment and value practical operating support.

03Strengthen a business that has stalled
For companies facing operational complexity, slowing growth, weak systems, or unclear accountability. This is also where expansion sits, whether that means new locations, new markets, or a model built to scale.
The businesses I look for

You have built something that works. The reputation is real and the customers keep coming back.
It has also outgrown the way it is run. The systems that got you this far run through you, and the next stage needs more than you have left to give it.
Maybe that means stepping back. Maybe it means staying on, but not carrying it alone. Maybe an offer already came in and it did not sit right.
Most of what I look at is service businesses and multi-location operations, usually with demand you can predict. Industry matters less than that.

I have been the owner, the operator, the person who had to make payroll work. That is the seat I buy from.
I have started companies, raised the money to grow them, run the day to day, and sold one. That means I know what an owner is protecting when they think about selling, and what a founder needs from a partner who is not just wiring money.
The work is hands-on by default. If a business needs someone in it rather than alongside it, that is the version I prefer.
I would rather be at the bottom of a mountain I want to climb than halfway up one that I didn’t.
Discuss a business
Tell me roughly what you have and what you are weighing. Everything stays between us.

You send a note. It reaches me directly and goes nowhere else.

We talk for half an hour. No documents, no NDA needed to start a conversation.

If there is a fit, we go deeper at your pace. If there is not, I say so plainly and that is the end of it.
