LIFESTYLE CENTRE Plans for the Lifestyle Centre are taking shape at Kleinbaai Lifestyle Estate, further enhancing the estate’s focus on community and active living. The concept has received support from the Overstrand Municipality and is currently progressing through the approval phase. The proposed lifestyle centre will include padel courts, complete with reception and bathroom facilities, as well as a separate, access-controlled residents’ clubhouse. Construction is currently scheduled to commence in 2027, subject to the necessary approvals. |

KLEINBAAI LIFESTYLE ESTATE OPEN DAY Save the date – 3 October! Kleinbaai Lifestyle Estate will be opening its doors for a special Open Day, giving prospective buyers, investors and visitors the opportunity to experience the estate first-hand and gain a better understanding of the vision, lifestyle and long-term potential behind the development. The Open Day will coincide with the Whale Festival, taking place from 2–4 October, bringing additional activity and visitors to the area over the weekend. Visitors will have the opportunity to visit the completed homes, with walk-throughs hosted together with the estate’s agents. The day will also provide an opportunity to explore the surrounding setting and engage with the team about the homes, lifestyle offering and future plans for Kleinbaai Lifestyle Estate. The day will also bring together some of the organizations that form an important part of the wider Kleinbaai Lifestyle Estate story, with the Overstrand Medical Centre and African Penguin and Seabird Sanctuary joining the event. Visitors will have the opportunity to visit the Overstrand Medical Centre and gain insight into the new healthcare facility and the services it will bring to the area. Visitors will also have the opportunity to visit the African Penguin and Seabird Sanctuary, where they can take part in a walk-through and learn more about the important conservation work taking place in the area. A visit to the Great White House with Marine Dynamics will further showcase the marine experiences and conservation initiatives that form part of the area’s unique lifestyle offering. OVERSTRAND MEDICAL CENTRE Another key feature of the development is its proximity to the upcoming Overstrand Medical Centre, a private hospital located just minutes from the estate and expected to open in 2027, and will further strengthen the estate's lifestyle offering. Construction of the hospital is progressing well, with the main hospital construction now complete. Work is currently focused on completing the PathCare facilities, Arrie Nel Pharmacy and the Mugg & Bean coffee shop, while preparations are underway in the basement for the slab and formwork for the radiology department and consultation rooms. The basement will also accommodate the dialysis unit, parking facilities and laundry. |

These services are arranged separately and are only paid for when required, providing peace of mind without increasing the standard estate levy.
