live monitoring

Every machine, container and endpoint you run, on one live dashboard

One small agent for Linux, macOS, Windows and Docker, or the Stats app if you want a menu bar. Metrics every second, Docker and Proxmox guests included. On Pro, an incident opens and closes for you when something crosses a line.

What needs you, before you go looking

The overview ranks disks filling up, unhealthy containers, memory pressure, sustained CPU and agents that went quiet, from data the agent already sends. No rules to write, on every plan.

Incidents, not just emails

On Pro, a rule opens an incident, the timeline shows when it started and recovered, and you resolve it or let it close itself.

install

Pick a platform and start watching

On macOS, download a signed native app - or install the headless daemon on a Mac mini with one line. On Linux, paste a single shell line and the daemon takes it from there. On Windows, one PowerShell line installs the agent - now in beta. Or skip installs entirely and run the daemon as a Docker container.

Apple silicon & Intel
step 1 - download or install

Get the latest signed release from mac-stats.com and drag Stats.app into /Applications. No menu bar needed? Install statsd as a launchd daemon instead.

download .dmg
statsdheadless daemon for a Mac mini or build server
$curl -fsSL https://mac-stats.com/install.sh | sh
step 2 - link this machine

Stats.app: open the app and enable Remote in Settings → Remote. statsd: run the command below and open the link it prints.

$statsd login
Remote control is on by default in statsd. Turn it off any time with statsd disable-control.

Every download is checked against a SHA-256 manifest before it is installed.

Rules that hold before they fire, and stop shouting when they do

A threshold rule on CPU, GPU, memory or disk only fires after the value holds for one to fifteen minutes, so a short spike stays a spike. Status rules catch a machine, container or endpoint going down. Point a rule at everything, a group, or a list with exclusions. Delivery goes to email, chat, push and webhooks, capped at 20 an hour per channel; after that you get an hourly digest instead of a flood.
