I am so VALIDATED. I use the 1 to commute to work. At least 2-3 times a week I get into a car without AC. @GovKathyHochul you're the worst for cutting the funding source that could have improved this.

So glad @GovKathyHochul cancelled congestion pricing for cars driving into Manhattan so now I can sweat to death in subway cars without AC 🥰 Cc @MTA please get it together on the 1 train, no AC during this heat wave is offensive.
