Come work with us if you are interested in specifying, and implementing Wasm/JS features! Bonus points if you’re already in the Wasm CG or have some experience with TC39. If these words don’t mean anything to you, but you’re interested, I can also answer questions. :)

Thanks @zeuxcg for your work! From the standards perspective it's been very valuable to engage with and incorporate feedback from real world applications.

Oh also v8x16.bitmask et al made it into Wasm SIMD MVP! I’ve now coauthored two accepted instruction proposals for Wasm SIMD, swizzle (pshufb) and bitmask (movemask), which is two more than I expected; the process has been really straightforward and friendly to outsiders.

How my brain has been functioning recently - 3:00PM: Can't fix bug, nothing works, need a nap 3:00AM: Oh here's a way to fix that thing you were thinking of, why didn't sesame seeds stick to the buns? Also remember that embarrassing thing from 5 years ago? 🤦🏻‍♂️

Earlier this week was my first time hosting a WebAssembly community group meeting. It was hard work, but looking over the notes today, I'm so grateful for the very productive two days. Thanks to everyone who attended remotely and in person!
