    We did @nanopore direct RNA sequencing for #SARS_CoV_2. Found that a heavily modified region in N ORF shows a remarkable difference between sgRNAs.

    New release: Poreplex 0.3.1, a jackknife for @nanopore direct RNA-seq. Demultiplexes “failed” reads, too. Poly(A) dwell time measurement for nearly all reads. New DNN-based signal scaler boosts the overall accuracy even higher.

    Just released the first version of Poreplex, a versatile preprocessing pipeline for @nanopore direct RNA sequencing. It provides barcoding, 3′ adapter trimming, live basecalling, real-time alignment, and entertaining dashboard view for real-time reports.
