    I'm gonna take this up a notch: I don't just find this tendency a little off, I genuinely despise it. feels like a lot of the meditation discourse around here is an egregious case of collective bypass, like "let's bliss out while other people burn and die." I also really don't

    as much as I love to see discussions of “reducing muscle tension” catching on there’s still something a little off to me in how they can overfocus on the individual. versus relational/contextual frames of wellbeing
