We will at some point in the future create neural models (much larger than todays) which can run/simulate computers inside them, and then inside those computers we'll be able to run other smaller neural models. Maybe in 3-5 years.

We're still at the "make it work" phase of robotics. Once we hit the "fast" and "beautiful" thresholds, the robotic chef will be something to behold. "Fosbury Flop" moment(s) will more likely happen in the kitchen -a domain evolved around minute human ergonomics- than in sports.
