@TLRailUK can you please ask the staff at Mill Hill Broadway to leave the damn gates open when they’re away? It’s the 3rd time I get stuck in the station and had to force the barriers to get out.

Fixing a bug without filing a Jira ticket adds value. Progressing a ticket without any other change does not. Yet, team performance is evaluated and rewarded using the latter.
