My game of choice today has the Milwaukee Brewers playing the Chicago Cubs. This MLB game is scheduled to start at 1:10 PM CDT and will be played at American Family Field in Milwaukee. As usual I'll follow the game's scores and stats in real time via MLB's Gameday Service where we can also find links to the radio-call of the game provided by announcers of either team we choose.

Back to Baseball Today.

In the spirit of keeping this Sunday a day of rest and relaxation, for my game of choice I'm turning to MLB. It's my intention to follow my Texas Rangers as they play the Tampa Bay Rays. This afternoon's game is scheduled to start at 1:35 PM CDT. This should be a good college football game!

The North Texas Mean Green (12-2 last season) travel up to Bloomington's Memorial Stadium to play the Indiana Hoosiers (16-0). I'll be watching this game on a local FOX TV affiliate station. Scheduled start time is 11:00 AM CDT. GO HOOSIERS!

Oklahoma Sooners vs UTEP Miners, tonight. I'll tune in to 600 AM ESPN El Paso by 6:00 PM CDT to catch the full Pregame Show, ahead of the scheduled 7:00 Opening Kickoff, then the radio call of tonight's college football game.

The Bishop assists. Despite dealing with almost crippling stress levels yesterday, (frustrations of trying to work through that wi-fi outage bothering me more than it should have), I still managed to win this CC tournament game. This game started on 03-August, was played with a comfortable 2 days per move time control, and ended yesterday. My Black Queen's 31...Qh1# checkmated the White King, the Queen being covered by her b7 Bishop.

The A's vs the Rangers at 7:05 PM CDT tonight will send me off to sleep. Their MLB game last night at the same time worked just fine. I started with the Rangers pregame show about half an hour before the opening pitch and lasted through the 4th inning before I had to put head to pillow. I slept well, and the Rangers won their game. Hoping for a repeat performance tonight on both fronts..

Another Q-R Checkmate. Again playing White, but this time coming at the Black King from the right side of the board. This CC tournament game began on 03 August and ended a few minutes ago when my 25. My first NFL game this Saturday is an early one. I'll tune into 1070 The Fan, Indianapolis, for the Countdown to Kickoff Show before the call of the game which is scheduled to start at Noon CDT.

I've also got a business meeting at my bank to attend in the morning. Hopefully it won't last long and I won't have to miss any of the game.

Tonight, another NFL preseason game. If all goes as planned, I'll be listening to the Carolina Panthers playing the Houston Texans over 95.7 The Fan, Houston Sports Radio. I'll tune into the station an hour ahead of the start time of 6:00 PM CDT to catch pregame coverage before Kickoff.
