Same issue with me, premium paid 10 August, still waiting for policy 🙄. All the documents share with policy bazaar first and same document are being asked by Insurance companies.

Terrible service and gross negligence by @policybazaar! ❌ Paid the full premium on time, but due to their failure to transfer funds to the insurer, my policy was cancelled,leaving my vehicle completely uninsured and exposed to major risks. Zero support from customer care!

HDFC ERGO health policy is STILL nt issued. Ported through @policybazaar. Payment/proposal completed on 2 July, b4 my old policy expired 26 July repeated follow-ups,no resolution. @HDFCERGO @policybazaar @irdaiindia plz intervene urgently & confirm issuance + continuity benefits.
