• As engineer — do things right, follow the best practices.
• As senior engineer — write a simple code that is easy to change.
• As tech team lead — support the team with right architecture, tools and infrastructure. Implement processes to keep high code quality and keep tools up to date. Keep hands dirty by actively contributing to most complex parts.
