    January is Human Trafficking Awareness Month, and this Sunday, January 11, is #WearBlueDay. At BlackHawk Data, we believe awareness leads to action. For several years, we have raised awareness internally and partnered with EverFree to help combat human trafficking and raise support for survivors. The reality is hard to ignore: • Nearly 50 million people are living in modern slavery today • Less than 1% ever access care • One-third of detected victims are children EverFree is changing this through survivor-led, tech-powered care across 11 countries. Their Freedom Lifemap connects survivors to individualized support, tracks progress, and helps break cycles of exploitation. How you can help: • Wear blue on Sunday • Repost or share to spread awareness • Donate through our link.     As we approach 2026, it's worth rethinking how we define progress. In our recent Women In Tech Roundtable, Alex Stanton shared her perspective on career growth.   • We’re still riding the energy from the Women of the Channel Leadership Summit East and the CRN Women of the Year Awards Gala. Thank you to our amazing panelists for a stellar Women in Tech Roundtable, and thank you to everyone who joined us in person or online. It was great seeing so many friends at the conference and making new connections. We truly love and appreciate this community that always has our back. We can’t wait to do it all over again soon!
