With a background that includes partner management, service delivery, logistics, and leadership, Shelley keeps Z7 tightly aligned to customer expectations while preserving the family driven culture that clients appreciate.

Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer

Zack Aleksic is Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Z7 Solutions, with more than 25 years of experience architecting mission critical infrastructure for federal agencies, the military, state governments, and Fortune 500 enterprises. He grew Z7 from a solo consultancy into a multimillion-dollar solutions provider known for VDI modernization, Zero Trust Architecture, and secure cloud platforms. Zack leads the technical vision for Z7’s 24/7 SOC, NOC, Help Desk, and autonomous agent strategy, using automation and AI to deliver faster and more reliable outcomes for clients across both public and private sectors.

Carl T. Harrison

Lead Solutions Engineer

Carl Harrison is a Lead Solutions Engineer at Z7 Solutions and a senior escalation point for complex virtualization, storage, and backup challenges. He brings deep experience with vSphere and Horizon class virtualization, enterprise backup platforms, and multi vendor storage systems, and has supported environments with thousands of endpoints. Within Z7’s 24/7 support model, Carl focuses on designing, stabilizing, and recovering large scale infrastructure so that mission critical systems stay online and resilient. Whitney Aleksic is a Client Solutions Expert at Z7 Solutions who provides L1 and L2 help desk and cloud workspace support for government, education, and other compliance driven organizations. She specializes in M365 and Google Workspace administration, remote management tools, endpoint security, and SaaS onboarding, and she also assists clients with IT procurement by coordinating vendors, renewals, and product selections. Mark Manlunas is the Client Solutions Manager at Z7 Solutions and the primary heartbeat between customers and delivery teams. He oversees resource allocation across the core team and the wider network of consultants, keeps projects running smoothly, and makes sure clients always know who to contact when they need help. Mark also manages Z7’s autonomous agents and in house SaaS platform in partnership with the DevOps team, turning AI powered operations into practical improvements in uptime, security, and user experience for customers.
