Minimum About Me

My name in simplified Chinese: 陈炤桦 (Chén Zhàohuà).

I will join Taobao & Tmall Group as a Senior Algorithm Engineer in the summer of 2026. I received my Ph.D. from the Center on Frontiers of Computing Studies (CFCS), School of CS, Peking University, in 2026, where I was fortunate to be advised by Prof. Xiaotie Deng. Before that, I received my B.Sc. summa cum laude from the Turing Class (AI) at School of EECS, Peking University, in 2021. From May to October 2025, I visited The University of Hong Kong, hosted by Prof. Zhiyi Huang.

Research Interests

I am working on various topics in the interplay of computer science and economics, also known as algorithmic game theory.

I am, in particularly, interested in the (complicated) game-theoretic interaction between the servicing platform and served targets (e.g., advertising platform v.s. advertisers, e-commerce platform v.s. sellers, platform v.s. users, etc.), mainly in the following aspects:
