the fact that Slack channel names are so frequently used as identifiers and passed around means that their API desperately needs a way to look up a channel by name. having to paginate through conversations.list to find a channel by name is abysmal. and don’t even get me started on enterprise grid

i tried to hold onto some optimism when most of Ruby Central’s board turned over but at this point i don’t think there’s anything about this organization that is worth saving. irreversibly reporting André to the FBI is just inhumanly shameful and beyond the pale.
