Inspiration

We sought to create a project to merge the arts and science. Art, while it is readily available in today's modern age, there is a lot of history and information that the average person doesn't know. To solve this issue in our local communities we made a way for folks who chat using Discord to ask questions about art directly in their server.

What it does

Responds to questions relating to art in your local Discord server

Challenges we ran into

We originally wanted to use Imaginepy library to create images for our backend but it was no longer supported and we had to pivot. We used a Stabled Diffusion webui but it was not reasonable to use it as it took about 30 minutes to generate an image. Then we swapped to our idea of a chat bot, instead of an image generator.
